  Progetto per la creazione di un archivio ufologico nazionale

  Ci teniamo a rendervi noto che da 29 anni esiste in Svizzera il Centro Ufologico della Svizzera Italiana, che con molta dedizione e serietà si occupa della ricerca ufologica scientifica sul nostro territorio, sia cantonale che nazionale. Nel frattempo abbiamo raccolto e catalogato un numero immenso di documentazioni, cartacee, vhs, dvd ed altro, che riteniamo sia necessario digitalizzare per crearne un archivio nazionale, consultabile on-line da tutte le cittadine ed da tutti i cittadini. È importante che la Svizzera abbia il proprio archivio nazionale, considerando il fatto che in altri paesi, come per esempio la Francia, il GEIPAN, organismo creato dal CNES (Centro Nazionale Francese di Ricerca Spaziale) studia da decenni i PAN (phénomènes aérospatiaux non identifiés) ed il Brasile, al contrario di molti altri paesi, si è mostrato soprattutto negli ultimi anni una nazione all’avanguardia per ciò che si riferisce al campo di studio ufologico scientifico, portando il 24 giugno 2022 in Senato, a Brasilia, la realtà indubbiamente difficile da capire, riferita alla vita intelligente nello spazio, presente anche sul nostro pianeta, ottenendo dal Senato il riconoscimento come materia di studio scientifico.   Projekt zur Schaffung eines Nationalen Ufologischen Archivs

  Wir möchten Sie darauf aufmerksam machen, dass es in der Schweiz seit 29 Jahren das Centro Ufologico della Svizzera Italiana gibt, das sich mit grossem Einsatz und Ernsthaftigkeit mit der wissenschaftlichen ufologischen Forschung auf unserem Territorium beschäftigt, sowohl auf kantonaler als auch auf nationaler Ebene. In der Zwischenzeit haben wir eine riesige Anzahl von Dokumentationen auf Papier, Vhs, Dvds und mehr gesammelt und katalogisiert. Wir glauben, dass es notwendig ist, diese zu digitalisieren, um ein Nationales Archiv zu schaffen, das von allen Bürgerinnen und Bürgern online konsultiert werden kann. Für die Schweiz ist es wichtig, ein eigenes Nationales Archiv zu haben, wenn man bedenkt, dass in anderen Ländern, wie z.B. in Frankreich, das GEIPAN, eine vom CNES (Nationales Zentrum für Weltraumforschung) gegründete Organisation, seit Jahrzehnten die PAN (phénomènes aérospatiaux non identifiés) erforscht, und dass sich Brasilien, im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Ländern, vor allem in den letzten Jahren als Vorreiternation auf dem Gebiet der wissenschaftlichen ufologischen Studien erwiesen hat, indem sie die zweifellos schwer zu verstehende Realität intelligenten Lebens im Weltraum, das auch auf unserem Planeten vorkommt, am 24. Juni 2022 dem Senat in Brasilia vorstellte und vom Senat als wissenschaftliches Studienobjekt anerkannt wurde.   We would like to make you aware that the Centro Ufologico della Svizzera Italiana exists in Switzerland since 29 years. With great dedication and seriousness, it deals with scientific ufological research on our territory, both cantonal and national. In the meantime we have collected and catalogued an immense number of documentations, on paper, Vhs, Dvds and more, which we believe it is necessary to digitise in order to create a National Archive, which can be consulted online by all citizens. It is important for Switzerland to have its own National Archive, considering the fact that in other countries, such as France, for example, GEIPAN, an organisation created by the CNES (French National Space Research Centre) has been studying PANs (phénomènes aérospatiaux non identifiés) for decades, and Brazil, contrary to many other countries, it has shown itself, especially in recent years, to be a nation in the vanguard of what refers to the field of scientific ufological study, by bringing the undoubtedly difficult to understand reality of intelligent life in space, also present on our planet, to the Senate in Brasilia on 24 June 2022, obtaining recognition from the Senate as a subject for scientific study.   Nous vous rappelons que le Centro Ufologico della Svizzera Italiana existe en Suisse depuis 29 ans et qu'il s'occupe, avec beaucoup de engagement et de sérieux, de la recherche scientifique ufologique sur notre territoire, tant au niveau cantonal que national. Entre-temps, nous avons collecté et catalogué un nombre considérable de documentations, sur papier, Vhs, Dvds et autres, que nous pensons nécessaire de numériser afin de créer des Archives Nationales, consultables online par tous les citoyens. Il est important pour la Suisse d'avoir ses propres Archives Nationales, étant donné que dans d'autres pays, comme la France par exemple, le GEIPAN, une organisation créée par le CNES (Centre National d'Etudes Spatiales) étudie les PAN (phénomènes aérospatiaux non identifiés) depuis des décennies, et le Brésil, contrairement à beaucoup d'autres pays, s'est montré, surtout ces dernières années, une nation à l'avant-garde dans le domaine de l'étude scientifique ufologique, en présentant au Sénat de Brasilia, le 24 juin 2022, la réalité sans doute difficile à comprendre d'une vie intelligente dans l'espace, également présente sur notre planète, et en obtenant du Sénat la reconnaissance d'un sujet d'étude scientifique.
