An: I appeal to everyone and anyone to help me in my bid to stop SALT unethical manipulation of customers (us) to their financial benefit.

SALT - financial gain by mistreatment of customers

I have tried to appeal to SALT on many occasions articulately, truthfully and respectfully to no avail.

I have proof of their tactics and have posted photos etc to support my claims.

They have moved payments assigned to certain invoices in order to manipulate me unknowingly into default.

They have broken agreements to my detriment.

They terminated my contract mid October and have charged me for early termination for porting my number on 7th November. Then moved the date of the incurrence back to August, the bill I had paid under verbal agreement. On 03.10.25 after paying money to remove this debt and upholding my side of our verbal contract created after moving my payment I assigned to the August by reassigning it to July to cover the amount they wanted caused due to uninformed payment changes theough double billing everyone.

The payment I made under this agreement which more than covered Augusts outstanding amount and not even assigning it to any bill. Instead they  just reduces the amount owed leaving the August bill outstanding.

Followed shortly by a summons in October! followed by a termination of contract also in October by email which I confirmed with an advisor.

And they are now holding me responsible for everything due their lack of ethics by manipulation of MY money to their financial benefit… 

I have tried to resolve this amicably.. offered a solution which keeps it private. Which has been ignored. I have honestly informed them of the impact this had thing that finally helped towards the mental illness I am suffering with, PTSD., which they have disregarded. I have implored them to take me straight to court or remove the debt.

I am still being held responsible for something that is of their own design. This to me is totally unacceptable behaviour by abusing their size and weight to unfairly pressure and scare customers to bow to their needs…

I have supporting evidence which shows the pattern of events which led to this and I would love the opportunity of a public court to show how they have no regard for their customers and the tactics they employ for their financial benefit!

Warum ist das wichtig?

Unless this addressed now it will only get worse for customers…
